There are numerous pour over brew methods and many of these can produce excellent results. At Buzz we use the methods with which we have been able to produce consistently excellent results. We keep learning and we encourage everyone who is serious about coffee to keep an open mind about all methods and equipment; the whole community wins when we all experiment in the quest for excellence.
